Gems and crystals

Aquamarine as a gem or crystal is helpful to the throat chakra. This gem is thought to assist and encourage one to speak up and express the emotion. It support us with the courage to face a difficult situation better. Aquamarine is the Birthstone for the month of March.

Like the Amethyst, it is sometimes also used to support meditation.

On the physical aspect, aquamarine is said to be able to boast the immune system of the body.
